People who read about skin, hair and nail supplements make spending and safety decisions from what they find, so an error on SkinCareSupplements.com matters. If you find one, tell us.
How to report a mistake
Use the contact page and give us the page address, the sentence you think is wrong and, if you have it, a source showing what is right. A link to a study, a label or a government page speeds things up. Messages go to the editorial team.
What happens next
- We reread the sentence against the sources the page relies on.
- If the page is wrong, we fix it and update the date the page was last checked.
- If the error was material, meaning it could have changed what you bought, took or concluded, we add a dated correction note at the end of the article saying what changed.
- Minor fixes such as typos and broken links are made without a note.
We do not promise a reply to every message, but every report is read.
What is not a correction
- A disagreement about how much weight a study deserves, when the page describes the study accurately.
- A price or offer that changed after the date shown on the page. Prices and terms carry the date we saw them, and we update pages when facts change.
- A request to add, remove or soften coverage of a product. Makers cannot pay to alter a page.
- Personal medical questions, which we cannot answer. See the medical disclaimer.
